March 20th, 2003 the journey began for many of us who gave our lives; literally and figuratively. This year, just before Easter, we’ll turn the clock on five years at war in Iraq.
I’d like to hear stories of where you were on the day we invaded Iraq.

Do you remember watching the green streaks of gun fire across the skies of Baghdad on CNN? Do you remember talking to someone about how it made you feel? If you’re in the military, do you remember feeling scared and pained by the looming dread in the pit of your stomach?
Give us details!
I’ll post my story on the 20th and I hope to have a few others to post too.
You can send me a message here or post a comment after this entry. No story is too small. If you wanna tell me you were reading a copy of Rolling Stone while waiting for your sick Grandma at the doctors office, great!
Happy Anniversary.
