New Hampshire Primaries End (and Bush Takes Off To Israel)

Iowa gave us Obama and Huckabee.

The New Hampshire primary is giving us Clinton and McCain.

There’s such a long road to the national elections in November and, quite frankly, the primaries have been nothing more than something for us to chirp about around the water coolers. A few patterns have solidified themselves such as the continuing battle between Clinton and Obama. The Republican side seems to be more erratic with the Iowa winner, Huckabee, slipping to a disappointing third in New Hampshire. Coming from behind is McCain who was declared winner long before the election polls closed.

What does this tell us? At this point, anything can happen.

Speaking of anything happening, Bush took off in Air Force One tonight to Israel. The planning of his security is said to be monumental and is costing an estimated $25,000 an hour to keep the little B safe.

Let’s not all choke on our falafels at once.

I agree with Katana. I was sure New Hampshire would've ran the candidates out of town. I guess with the choices they had, it was really hard to pick the lesser of all the evils. Must have gone with eeny-meeny-miney-mo on that.
I'll be honest…I don't see a one that can lead America into a post-war state with a stable economy and keeping democracy rather than the soon to be in full-swing nanny state that has encroached upon us.
Alas…where have all the heroes gone?
