Rep. Dennis Kucinich has just sued NBC-TV in Las Vegas over his exclusion from the MSNBC debate among top Demcoratic candidates in Nevada [Tuesday the 14th].
Of course, the loyalist in me admits NBC’s exclusion of any candidate kind of defeats the purpose of a democratic election. And it is a little annoying that big business organizations are essentially deciding who we should vote for.
Still. Kucinich sure is getting a good start to 2008. Between the New Hampshire recount and suing MSNB, how can the man have any strength left to lead the country?

Poor Kucinich…they overturned the judge's order. I guess MSNBC only wants to show the popular candidates…
Now, I get the reasoning…but if I was Kucinich, knowing full well I wouldn't win the election…I think I'd stay in just to screw with the rest of them…much akin to Perot's first run.
I mean, why not? Lambast Obama and Hillary on their records, their policies, their actions. I think MSNBC would let him on if that was the case…more viewers!!!
