It’s been a few weeks since the last one- but here it is- you’re weekend wrap up-
R.I.P. Norman Mailer- the 84 year old author of “The Naked and the Dead’’ and ‘‘The Executioner’s Song’’ died today.
Obama’s new platform- Vote for me, cuz I’m not some bitch that most of the American public hates!
It’s a Small World… full of Fat People!- Disney is closing down their Small World ride to fix the problem of boats that won’t stay afloat.
Britney Spears isn’t news. Neither is Paris Hilton, Lindsey Lohan, or Nicole Richie. Unless they’ve killed someone- I don’t care how drunk or rediculous they are. So no links to any of them today. Deal with it.
You can’t buy shit with a dollar- Nothing to worry about Americans, your money isn’t losing value, there’s nothing wrong with the market, go to Wal-Mart, it’s all gonna be ok.
Local Deity loses limbs, regains consciousness- an Indian girl born with duel sets of limbs and worshipped by some in her village as reincarnated God, has undergone successful surgery to remove the extra limbs, and is recovering.
Somalia is still a fucked up place- just in case anyone who watched Black Hawk Down thought that maybe between then and now things had gotten better.
Gates needs to learn his History- You can’t really tell Japan to use an army that it doesn’t have because we told them not to have an offensive military back at the end of WW2.

Oh, and in case anyone forgot- today is “Forget-Me-Not Day”. No seriously. Yesterday was “Chaos Never Dies Day”. But to keep with the spirt of the day- I declined to mention it. How Chaotic! Tomorrow is “Air Day”, so don’t forget to breath.
